Unprofessional
Good day, I have submitted a claim on the 14th of December 2022. After the major floods damaged my property. This company has changed agents dealing with my claim and complaints by no Less than 4 people. They have delayed this claim for More that 2 years, it's now going on 3 years. My property has been damaged, unsecured and unsafe all this time. There has been further damages due to delayed response and no actions from virseker.

11 Jul 2025, 10:20I received this response followed up by a call. The 1st person that dealt with my claim Valentino Brandt, he informed me the other two people don't work for the company anymore.
He asked that I forward emails to him. He will deal with it. He was a recipient on the previous emails send.
I forwarded it again to him. Since then, once again no updates no feedback and more delays continue.
