Unhappy with VIRSEKER insurance telephonic service
I called them this morning. Had to hold on for 7 minutes listening to their music. Then I hung up and called again choosing another option. After a full 5 minutes of listening to their music I again hung up. 12 minutes and no-one speaking to me. They must be on holiday.
