10 Apr 2024, 21:54Good day.I did phone virseker and they told me that I must contact auto and general . I am not happy with this claim. I don't even have my laptop for a month and it was grab out of my car when I stopped at a robort in the traffic . I did open a case by bellville police station. I have car and house hold insurance. Now virseker tell me that they don't cover anything that is ****** in my car. Nobody told me that I wast aware of that . Now when I did register my claim is the first time I hear that. Now I must pay of a laptop for 2 years that i don't even have anymore. That's not fair to me. I also didn't receive my car or household insurance documents.
