Treatment of prospective client/s

Contacted Virseker for a quote for car insurance for my 2 cars and trailer. The "consultant" Stephanie assisted. I have never been treated with so much arrogance in my life. I am a prospective client. I would have thought that would mean something in your "books", economical climate considered. Every time I make her aware of current insurer breakdowns/cost/ etc. she basically and it sounds "aggressive" and arrogant. Thank the lord that after this experience I am glad that I will not be moving my insurance to Virseker and it seems arrogant employees. I cannot believe her attitude. She certainly do not carry your company name very well to the public. Disgusting to say the least
