<p>My vehicle brokedown 350km away from my house, Virseker arranged for a towing company to tow the vehicle to the nearest dealership, this was all great. But they never worried about me or my family, they left us stranded next to the road, it cost me to arrange for us to go to a guest house. Luckily the owner of the guest house came to fetch us. But when I asked Virseker (***) to assist me and my family when we where stranded they told me I must arrange for myself and they will refund me R500.00. This insurance company is only worried for your monthly payment. And not to assist you when you needs it the most.
