TERRIBLE snotty service

I phoned them to cancel my policy. Only due to the fact thag we are selling my vechile and won't be needing it anymore. I was up till this point very happy with Virseker. Then the lady that answer the phone, cut me off the first time when I phoned and told them I want to cancel. I phoned again. She was very r-u-d-e and very s-n-o-t-t-y. She then put me through to someone who will do the cancelation. He asked me why do I have a grievance. I told him there is no grievance, just practicality. So the girl told him I wanna cancel due to a grievance. Not true. Then they phoned my in case of emergency person behind my back and asked him why are we canceling the policy and does he want to move to Virseker. BEHIND MY BACK. Terrible terrible experience.

Ps. A consultant called to follow up on my 'grievance'. Told them, there was at first absolutely no problem. But now there is.
