Terrible Service

Beware of using virseker. I had an accident where my Ford Ranger rear bumper had to be replaced. They use terrible panel beaters (renew-it greenstone) who lie to you and takes ages! when finally the car came back I saw they didn't even use new parts, didn't replaces faulty sensors, used completely wrong decals, wrong colours and did an allround awful job. I refused to send it back and the assessor from virseker, Richard then finally send me to another panel beater. After it came back from them I also noticed the plastic bumper cover coming loose and still not replaced. They told me Virseker didn't authorise for it to be replaced and more to be done. Why do they use such poor panel beaters, why don't they repair the vehicle properly after all the payments and acces that I pay, and why doesn't Richer even bother getting back to me after we last spoke. Terrible!
