Telesure group not the way to go to insure secondhand vehicle!

So today Virseker internal dispute resolution phoned me back,after i did not accept their payout after a drunk person drove into my wife's car.They offeredme50 % of debt at bank.Now they still offer me lesthan 50% of debt at bank.Wheni took out insurance i was never made aware that they do NOT payout market or debt value of car.I am a pensioner and now have no car and 50% of vehicle debt still left.They ar e arrogant and are evading the issue here.A month ago I got. Aluationfrom company that buy cars,of 90% of debt value of car,without even tradingit in on anothercar.

I am not offered a choice to repair my car,i must apply to do it. The call centre disputeperson tells me to lay acharge with motor ombudsman becausei paid too much for car,it onlyhad 40000 km on clock at time of accident.They do not value car individually,but as a group.Their service is shocking and of a very low standard.They got commission,and rendered very poor advice ito insurance of vehicle.I will never deal with Telesure group AGAIN.I am laying a chaorge at Short term insurance ombudsman based onpoor advice and arrogance
