Struggling to get claim to be paid

We have a claim at virseker they don't want to fix our car but rather pay out the money witchis fine but now we have to struggle to get the money because the first time we phoned them thay made a typing error with the account number now the second time we phone there is other problems so they have different stories every time you phone
