Stay away from VirSeker

After being a client of VirSeker now for some time after my first motorcar claim I think its safe to say stay away from these people. As I was getting out of my car, after it was parked, when a truck drove past me. The driver moved to my side and the next moment the left rear wheel of the truck grabbed my cars door. It was almost ********** the car, a still as good as new Audi A5 coupe. I contacted VirSeker and one of my questions was how will this claim affect my premiums as my car was parked when it happened and the driver of the truck stopped and I provided them with all his details. I was assured that as VirSeker will not only try and get my access back but also try and recover what they had to pay for the repairs. So all I all if you recover all expenses this accident should not have an affect on my premiums. Well it is now 4 months later and nobody at VirSeker can care less regarding getting my access back. I have even contacted their compliance officer weeks ago and have never again heard anything! Not only do you not get any feedback but my premium, on all sections, increased by more than 20%! I am now taking my business away, but please stay away from VirSeker.
