SLOW claim prosess draging feet to look for excuses not to pay

Firstly, they did not have a service agent to check my child’s pc out. They asked me to take it to be assessed. I did that and got a Quote for new pc... And that’s where viseker falls off the bus... Now that it comes to pay out time, they now all of a sudden have a service agent. Now they want to send the service agent to come and pick up the pc"" witch they were welcome to from the start" now my claim gets pushed back another 2 or more weeks. My child is on home school Who knows if he will be up and running by then.

My advice to anyone looking for insurance please don’t even look at virseker. The only thing they quick and efficient with is taking your money. I will be shopping again after this whole saga is over

It's now been 3 days since your reply, and my claim is no closer to being resolved. Your assessor, whom you appointed in Cape Town, which is over 600 km away from me, sent me with the computer to a courier guy. After making 5 to 6 calls to them (the assessor's company), I was told to rather take the computer back. They want to wrap my computer in a single layer of bubble wrap and courier it to Cape Town. I get that the computer is broken I should not care but Is this your tactic to avoid dealing with the claim? Any damage such as a fall, bump, break, or any other damage can then be used to reject the claim.
You are welcome to asses the computer all you want but it needs to be transported properly and safely not a single layer of buble wrap.

My claim has been with a senior consultant for 2 days now, and I don't even know who that person is. Until now, they haven't even attempted to contact me.

Can anyone at Virseker at least try to assist with this?
