The service from this company has been absolutely shocking. I have been dragged along for weeks trying to resolve a simple household claim that has been stuck in their dispute process. Their claims team pushes unfair, short payouts that don't match the actual cost to replace your items,payingout accordingto online flash sale price valuations on to a claims card that cant be used for online shopping, and then they completely ignore their own internal resolution deadlines. Even after escalating the matter to a manager, you are just left sitting in limbo
