Shocking service

<p>My fiancé was involved in a light bumper bash with her vehicle early May. No serious damage, basicly just a damage bumper. After various calls to Virseker insurance we have received mixed information. A couple weeks ago they said that the car was ready to be sprayed and that she would be getting her car back in 3 days. After 3 days we enquired again and then they said they are still waiting to receive a new bumper. How do they say that the car is ready to be sprayed if they still need the bumper? The insurance company also stated that they would be in touch and inform her of the progress, but this has not happened. We have to call to get any information. Today is the 4th of July and still no car! Surely it can't take 2 months to repair the little damage on her car. Makes one think that maybe they haven't done any repairs on her car, or the car is ****** or someone has been driving the car and it has been involved in a serious accident and now they are scrambling to get it repaired. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone as this is horrible service and unacceptable.</p>
