Shame on you Virseker

My dad had recently sold his townhouse, and moved into a flat on our residential premises. As authorized person on his account, I contacted Virseker to update his residential address, linked to his Vehicle and Household content insurance. Virseker, on the call, advised that his premium is increasing from R3.1k to R3.5k, as a result of the new address and changed risk scenario. I immediately told them if this is the case, I will move the policy to Hollard and cancel with them. IMMEDIATELY, without calling a supervisor, or getting permission, and because now all of a sudden my dad was a pensioner and long standing customer, the agent dropped the premium to R2.6k with an excess, or R2.8k without an excess waiver. I WILL ADD AS WELL, THE FIRST AGENT I SPOKE TO, DID NOT BOTHER TO ADVISE, THAT DROPPING TO R2.6k, ENTAILS ADDING AND EXCESS. I forwarded the exact same policy to Hollard for a comparative qoute with matching criteria, and was offered a premium of UNDER R1100!!!!!!!!!!. WITH AN ADDED BONUS CONDITION. SHAME ON YOU VIRSEKER !!!!!!!...YOU ARE OUTRIGHT EXPLOITING POOR INNOCENT PENSIONERS WHO DONT KNOW BETTER ..... FOR UR OWN FINANCIAL GAIN!!!!!!!!. Insurance is based not on financial gain, but restoring the client to their same condition or position as before the claim. SO FROM UR SIDE,..... ARE YOU NOT USING THE EXACT SAME CONTRACTORS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ???? WOULD IT NOT COST U EXACTLY THE SAME TO REPLACE MY DAD'S MAZDA, AS IT WOULD HOLLARD????!!!.....SHAME ON YOU !!!
