Service that doesn't get done

I've was in a collision that took place. This has been has been going on for more than 2 months now, that I've been waiting for them to actually start with it, but all I've been doing is sending more info. When you ask them how far is it now, I found out that they haven't actually done anything because they're still asking me for details, such as my policy number and ID number. They are so quick to tell you to sign up with them, but when you need anything done they do nothing.
