I had an accident with my car. During the process the agent that was allocated with me was in contact with me frequently and I was able to ask questions. If I e-mailed her the response was fast and I was able to receive the information without delay. The process until we got t the point that the car could be worked on was a bit slow. This is my first time claiming for a vehicle accident so I am not sure what the duration normally is. The process took almost two weeks.
