Since my fiancé started this car insurance in May, for us there has been numerous times I have asked for a call to find out more and get to know the company we have even called and waited on the line but clearly they are understaffed because we got zero service. The documentation is all in Afrikaans it’s difficult to understand so I needed some explanations. A month in with this insurance we get documentation sent to us saying we covering a Toyota which I have never owned no one could assist us as to what the hell is happening. Till date I have no idea what car I’m covering or what cover I have but the premiums go off no problem. Virseker please call me tomorrow on *** so I can cancel this excuse of a cover should this issue persist I will be forced to take this up. No further Debit order will be going off thank you.
