Ridiculous price increases and premiums

Worst Insurance company in the world, they are a bunch of money hunger fools looking to exploit ordinary citizens. I have been with them for 5 years now and have not had a single claim. Apart from my premium that went up in May by 20% (inflation 2%, car value depreciated) the following happened. During lockdown (April 2020) I phoned Virseker to ask for a discount (we were not driving in lockdown), they said all they can do is change the insurance to 3rd party, fire and theft. Today I phoned to change my insurance back to comprehensive and they inform me that my premium is double and co-payment is also double as what it was in April 2020. Their explanation for the ridiculous increase: You didn't have comprehensive insurance for the past 7 years. Why did the AFRIKAANS consultant not advise me that this will happen or that this is a risk???? This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! *****ing citizens money with a smile!!!
