Refusing to cancel my dads policy😡🤢

This is the biggest bunch of *****'s out there. My Father explicitly told them on the phone that he wants to cancel his policy on the 7 February and still they took his money by month end. And this is not the first try to cancel the policy, we have been trying for a year.
