Refusal of claim

My claim was refused, and I received no official communication in writing; it was all handled over the phone. During the call, the representative informed me that my claim would not be accepted. I was disappointed to hear that no assessor was sent to evaluate my situation in person. The lack of any formal assessment or written notification has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

Only quick references was made that they will only cover theft and fire and maybe water. WHY do i have Omvattend insurance??
