Poorest business ethics ever!

Virseker does very clever advertising to say they talk my language! But, they definitely do not do that, as they have the poorest business ethics that I have EVER seen! You never get a mail from them, and also actually never a call. If you do not call them, then nothing will progress!! And when you call, the relevant person is never available and never calls back! Why do they not put the discussion on a mail? They do not want any evidence. And they have settled our claim at 30% of the value, and this is apparently how they handle most claims!
