Poor service delivery, with regards to claims.

Poor service delivery with claims, and claims Manager service as well. Claim submitted 2 weeks ago, claim was approved 8 days ago. No feedback on calls or Mails from any of the personel not even the claims Manager. Promises to return you calls never happens. Have been trying to get feedback without any success. Safety of my property lies in their hands, and this is not the tipe service you are suppose to get.

I got a sorry to see that the service is disappointing, and that he complaint is escalated, but still no feedback after more than 24 hours. Absolutely a disgrace to say the least.
