Poor service!

I am very disappointed in there service as everytime we contact them with regards to a claim. The answer is always “we will get back to you.” No management is ever available! We have already taken the vehicle for assessment the day after the accident. They refused our explanation. They said spouses automatically get placed as second drivers where as of 2007 I was not allowed to drive at all as per Neuro Surgeon. So WHY would we place me as second driver if the vehicle was in my husbands name but my son was second driver. After a battle they believed us and requested the recordings and said only after 40hours they would get back to us. Well, we are still waiting., even though management is apparently looking into it, and are still not available. Very Frustrating. Not the best place for service. MT
