Pathetic Vurseker customer service.

Virseker is the most pathetic insurance company. I have been struggling for weeks to have them call me. I even wrote an e-mail to Mr Ricardo Coetzee with no success. Not even Mr Alwyn Labuschagne(so called manager at claims) answers his phone. They simply ignore my messages and requests. I have written a few reviews regarding their bad and unprofessional service. They don't even deserve a single star. Stay away from them. All they want is your money but in exchange you are left with empty promises. STAY AWAY , STAY AWAY!!!!!
