Pathetic service delivery and communication.

Two of my vehicles got damaged in a hail storm on the 26th of February 2021 of which one in insured with virseker and until today the 12th of April 2021 still no schedule for repairs which is almost two months later.

Earlier this month I once again queried the status of the claim and was informed that they thought it has already been sorted, how the hack can it be sorted if they did not approve the claim yet?

On the 6th of April we were told the claim has finally been approved and that it is now in the hands of the authorized auto body repairs to repair the damages, on the 8th we contacted the panel beater stating that the did not receive the go ahead from virseker but will follow up. I then got contacted by virseker and was told they will sort it out immediately, the 9th same story and no answer from virseker. Today the 12th same story still no joy from virseker.

Will they ever come to the party? Well I don't know. A wonder what will happen if their clients pay them 2 months late!
