Pathetic service

We moved insurance companies last month and the service I recieved from the consultant that unboarded us to Virseker was exceptional. However, calling today as my 18 year old son got stranded on the side of the road with a wheel breakdown.

Called the Road side assistance 3x times, on the 3rd call it was to cancel the tow truck just to be informed that a tow truck was never requested, meaning an hour later my son was still on the side of the road with absolutely no assistance.

This is pathetic and I have no words!!!!!!!!!!!!
