Not worth using this insurance company

Be very careful when using Virseker to insure your vehicle. This has to be the worst insurance company I had to deal with.

My bakkie was ****** on the 29th January 2020 inside the complex where I reside. All evidence required was provided including video footage of the ********* breaking the main gate open to get access to the property. The investigation took 10 working days just be told that "unfortunately the claim was unsuccessful because there was no tracking unit installed" after paying my premium every month on time without any problems.

My wallet with my bank cards & ID card was ******, so because I dont have a tracking unit this was also denied. Please what a joke!!!!

Never was there stated that I need a tracking unit for them not to pay my claim. I even called Virseker anonymously to ask if I am required that a tracking unit needs to be installed, where they told me on record that I dont need one and that my premium will be higher because of that.

They knew I did not have a tracking unit installed and hence me paying a higher premium. The bakkie was insured (guess not) for 1 year without any tracking unit.

After my dispute I have to wait another 7 working days before they will let me know the outcome. That was supposedly yesterday... these guys just dont give a damn about you the client. Very quick to take your money every month!!!!

Why do you have to pay a insurance company every month if they dont support you as client nor when there is a claim.

This is absolutely not fair from Virseker and as we say in AFRIKAANS julle is verseker die *****s!!!!

Please AFRIKAANS speaking people be very careful of this company.
