Not recommended

Cancelled my insurance on my car after I gave it to a family member. All was fine until I noticed a monthly debit order still going off my bank. I logged in to my profile on Virseker, there it stated that everything is cancelled. I sent emails to query the debit order, only to receive the standard "the email has been forwarded to the relevant department, we will be in contact asap". I never received any feedback on email whatsoever. I have phoned them to find out what is going on and that I have not received feedback for several months. Apparently, I still had an additional policy, which does not make sense to have since I have cancelled the insurance - no car to insure. The call center staff was not very helpful and spoke to me as if I am wasting their time. I needed the money to be refunded, I have requested this at least 3 months ago. Someone eventually came back to me after new year to tell me that they are still waiting for my proof of sale of the vehicle so they can initiate the refund from their side. This was the first I have heard of them waiting for info from my side, which I would have sorted out as soon as I knew about it. This issue has been dragging along for almost 7 months, and only recently I received info to take this matter further.

It really was not a pleasure dealing with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
