Not prepared to help

I ask for a quote, I only received a call after 2 weeks. I battled through the long telephonic quote with all the questions. When I ask about excess waver the lady said only for over 50s. This is the first insurance that has this ryle. I am insured for all my life and had this waver at all my insurances. I said I am 59 in a few days. She said sorry you not 50 yet. I ask if she could give me just a quote for what is will be, because I was quite happy with the quote so far. And if I move over it will be from January and then I will be 50. The reply was sorry your not 50 yet. This is pathetic that the company can not give me a quote on this. This cost you a client. So I am looking elsewhere.
