Not one good thing to say about Virseker

Virseker needs to take a moment step back and consider their client service. We opted for Miway after a few steep annual increases. Recently I interacted with Virseker to obtain a quote after being called. After much back and forth - I begged them to stop calling my husband and me! I even emailed *** begging him to ensure that their so-called consultants stop phoning us. Needless to say, the calls have not stopped for one day. The quote I received was ridiculous. It was incomplete, incorrect and just plain ridiculous. The service agent was condescending, would not allow me to speak and lacked basic manners. His manager did not resolve my complaint and did not follow up with a corrected quote. Yet they continue to harass us with calls. I suggest save yourself the frustration and stay away.
