not a happy customer

I had a problem which to me was an emergency. My car key broke of in the ingnition. I contacted Virseker was put through to their assist company for locksmith only to be told that a broken key is not covered under the policy . If i had locked my key in the car they could help. I feel that the policy should be a lot clearer and explain that only locked in keys will be covered other wise you have to pay. I am so frusrtated and disapointed . What a horrible expierience.
