Had a terrible experience with Virseker.

I tried to update my address. Couldn't get through to anyone. Tried to add products. Couldn't get through to anyone. Tried to cancel my insurance. Took 7 calls and me having to lose my temper as I had to re-explain my situation to each and was put on hold for more than 20 min on these calls.

Was finally able to cancel my insurance, but they still debited my account.
