No feedback/Customer Service

<p>I took my vehicle to get fixed to an panelbeater the insurance allocated to me. I was unsattisfied with the job and was trying now for more than 7 days to get the insurance to contact me with a solution or feedback of my complain. The manager Jane Labuschagne drop the phone in my ear and Raymon the assesor don't even bother to return my calls, althoug he said every time that he will phone me back. I am fed up and need service otherwise I will take it further.</p>
