No Communication from Virseker whatsoever

Over the past 3 weeks, I have been trying to get 2 answers from Virseker on behalf of a friend (using the friend's e-mail address and her name). I have e-mailed them and entered a query on their website, but no one has called me or her to respond in any way.

It seems they are quick to sell an insurance policy, make all kinds of promises (even on TV) but cannot deliver. The query I have is really simple, yet it seems as if we will have to cancel the policy before anyone calls back.

I think it is pathetic, and hope that I will never have to deal with them again. As for my frien, she will probably cancel her Virseker policy very soon because there is NO COMMUNICATION from their side
