No claim payment from Virseker

Good day, I would like to write a review about my Bakkie that was insured for over 8years. I always paid my monthly payment on the 15th of every month on the dot. I was going to sell my bakkie and buy another bakkie, on the 15th Oct was my last payment. and in betwee the 15th oct and 15th Nov the bakkie was ****** the 25th Nov. now there was no payment for Nov and they dont want to pay out. They just say no payment no cover... I am very sad about this, because I've never made a claim. if they could help me with this I would appreciate it. I am a widow.
