Nee wat Virseker!!

I was impressed with the quick response from Virseker when I requested a quote. I accepted the quote, got the document and realised that there were some incorrect information. At first I could not find any way to contact them. Not telephonically, not via email, so I reverted to facebook and wrote a bad review on their facebook page. I got a quick response and was told to send my complaint to ***. I have sent two emails in this regard without any feedback from them. My first premium was paid at the beginning of April and I need service!! You cannot just sell a product and give no after sale service once you caught the fish!!
