Natasha helped me since 19 Dec when everything was closed and we could not get any service done on the TV and fridge. So she said as soon as I could find someone close to me in Steelpoort, which is a very small town with limited service options I could just let her know. Since the 6the Jan when someone helped me with a quotation on repairs ect, she kept me updated daily on what was happening. She is really very very friendly and helpful. I am totally satisfied with the service and are extremely grateful to be amble to replace the goods. Thank you so so much again.
