My yearly increase was quickly and easily sorted out with Wayne Mathane. Service is well. But dont stipulate very well on the details when selling the policy to you which bit me now when i have to make a claim for hail damage. They just said my general excess for damage is R7500 but after then phoning they said i just had to know and assume it was the excess for hail damage as well.
