My monthly payment for my car insurance was made via a link send by Virseker

My monthly payment for my car insurance was made via a link send by Virseker. I was not told that it takes 7 working days for the payment to reflect. Now they relentlessly send me mails to make the payment to "still be covered" even after I phoned the call centre to inform them of the payment that was made. I even rep**** to their mail with the proof of payment. This is really unacceptable!
