Managing your own policy online not easy at all.

On two occasions I tried to update changes to my policy inline but it was not possible to complete the task. Both times I requested that Virseker call me back and no one ever did. I am therefore still none the wiser as to how to navigate the webpage when wanting to do changes. This was also mentioned to the agent when I eventually called Virseker, and although my changes are now done, I am still not sure if someone will be able to shed light on the online snags. I did mention my online frustration to the agent.
