My car was in an accident on the 9th December 2020 and was reported to virseker. The 11 th they called me and tell my car is a write off, while I was paying and covered for car hire, as to date 11th Dec I haven't received a hired car. Now I'm stuck without a car. And I can't get hold of the person who handles the claim. Very dissipointed.
