Insurance Virseker

People be carefull!!! . I am a client for 4 yrs with this insurance. No claim bonus to be paid out in January due to a claim I had to regisyer because an intoxicated man reversed into my car

.Tey refused to assist with the 3rd party claim and said I must sort out with the other insurance of the guilty party. There is no panelbeater in BFN who will assist with qoutes for 3rd party claims due to the time prriod the are being paid.

So I decided to registered at last a claim with them just to get my car fixed. The agent said that they dont have a finacial gain into this claim as it is only R6250 and don't benefit from it and it will not go to their legal DPT to reclaim as I have to pay the amount of R6250 which is less that my excess of R8500 as they legally can not claim on my part???? The claim was registered with them??? I also can get my own panelbeater and they are not fortcoming and helpfull at all!!!!
