Insurance ****

Claiming as a third party from this insurance company is a nightmare..never asked to take my car in for assessment and they looked at the photos and assessed half of the damage payout refusing me to reject their payout because if I refuse it they will cancel the claim all together… I have to pay the difference of the damage out of my own pocket even though the damage was entirely their clients fault… they send me a **** quote saying it’s from renew it repairers when I called renew it they knew nothing about the claim and the quote wasn’t even from them
