Instateing the insurace policy without my consent

I requested a quote on my building, house content and vehicle insurance. On receipt of that I told Luvan that I first have to get the Okay from ABSA bank where my home loan is before they can implement the new insurance as I have to terminate my current insurance as well. Saturday (2 April 2016) I received a message from FNB that my account is in arrears. On investigation I found that Vir Seker Insurance company instated the policy and deducted the amount of R1 177.59 as well as R110.00. Besides that I had to pay R150 penalty fees as it caused my account to be in arrears. I was furious and phoned them. The lady whom I spoke to promised me someone will phone me back which never happened. On Monday I've send a email again to Luvan. Only after my second mail he phoned me and promised me he would take steps for my money to be refunded. We are now almost a week further and nothing has happened ever since. If they can not even refund me my money which they deducted without my consent how would they handle my claims? I want them to urgently pay me back my money AS WELL AS my banking costs which the bank charges me per day for my account been in arrears.
