Ignoring my call back notice

Been trying to reach Virseker with no luck. They just dont call you back. On Twitter they insist on personal detail which I'm not prepared to make public. Spoke to them on the 25th of March as I want to cancel my policy and a lady by the name of Camille said she just want to talk to her manager and will call back 2 or 3 days later. Never did. I also tried to call them this morning, haf to put in my ID nr and told they dont regognise it.
