I would like to write a review about Verseker insurance, after trying for 6 weeks I eventually get hold of a very friendly and helpful person to help me change my address on thier system as thier website is always down and is certainly not user friendly

I would like to write a review about Verseker insurance, after trying for 6 weeks I eventually get hold of a very friendly and helpful person to help me change my address on thier system as thier website is always down and is certainly not user friendly. When you can eventually get hold of someone, they are helpful in resolving the problem. There is however no assistance when you tell them you need help using thier website..... it's just looked over. But all thier emails that you can't reply to say use our easy to use website. Nonsense the website is either down or you can't find what you need to fix and there is no mention of phone number if you need help. Like me if you get hold of them after several weeks know this it is going to cost you ALWAYS. Verseker in jou taal. Don't understand Afrikaans
