I was initially very unhappy with my premium increase of R470 (25percent). I was put through to Rowan Ritchie and in a short time he managed to reduce the increase with R380 and still kept all my benefits on the policy. I am mostly satisfied with Virseker as a company and especially with the excellent service I got from Rowan Ritchie.
