I reported a emergency claim at Verseker on 13 April (Kzn disaster) and they contacted me but then went absent. I can not get in or out my property after the storms and my wife is diabetic needing medication. My neigbers had same damage and Outsurance told them to submit quits and has already done there emergency repairs and is busy doing the other repairs. After i complained Virseker sent an assessor and are absent until today. My sister were in Icu in Cape Town coupled to masjiens and i had to fly down leaving my wife alone at home going for two weeks now. Verry verry bad service
