I had an unfortunate claim where my daughter’s cellphone was ****** from her bag in a shopping center. The phone was specified but she upgraded 2 years ago and we completely forgot to update my policy schedule with the new phone details. Subsequently, my claim was declined (understandably) but they contacted me and informed me that due to my good account with them and my past claims, they are willing to do an ex gratia payment as compensation. This is not the amount that the phone was insured for, but it is a very good compensation from them. I can honestly recommend Virseker for any household insurance.
