I had a similar experience with the Company a few months ago

I had a similar experience with the Company a few months ago. I have been sending them 3 e-mails on which I received an e mail in return, saying that they took note of my e-mail and that I will be contacted. This is regarding a new vehicle to be added as well as change of address. Because of Wi-Fi problems I am not able to change it myself on their website. This is the third day, and nobody have contacted me yet. I cannot understand in times that every business wants new business, the service just get worse by the day. Pathetic.
